Our time served engineers have vast experience in machine tool design, manufacturing, installation, servicing and repairs. They  are highly skilled and have mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic experience.

We can offer installation and alignment checks together with a full range of scheduled or reactive servicing and repair.

Service contracts with agreed schedules can be arranged to provide the minimum disruption to our customer's production requirements. Work is usually undertaken in customers premises, but where extensive overhaul and rebuild is required it is sometimes possible to  undertake the work in our midlands depot. This reduces travel time and can be a more efficient and cost effective solution.

Food Processing Machinery and Production Lines.

These lines are normally complex automated assemblies and consist of various drives, processing stations, metering equipment, packing stations and control systems. Absolute cleanliness is required and contamination of the processing areas cannot be tolerated. We can assist with the maintenance and repair of these lines as we have good experienec in the systems and controls needed to keep these lines in efficient production. Lines can be modified and adapted to cater for increaesd production or product changes.
